2. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with all packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that are visibly worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or shipping error on our part. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Partial Refunds and Deductions
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items that are returned with missing packaging, damaged components, or signs of use. In such cases, the refund will be adjusted based on the decrease in product value.
9. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for another color, size, or design, please initiate a return and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of your new purchase.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 3 calendar days of receipt. Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will work swiftly to offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
11. Late or Missing Refunds

12. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing. Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
