1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Acceptable Returns (30-Day Window)

We accept returns only for:

✔ Unopened products in original packaging

✔ Defective/damaged items (verified by our team)

✔ Wrong items shipped by our error

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

❌ Semiconductor consumables (chemicals, gases, wafers)

❌ ESD-sensitive components with breached packaging

❌ Software/licenses (once activated)

❌ Custom-configured or programmed devices

❌ Special order items clearly marked "Non-Returnable"

2. Return Process

2.1 Pre-Return Authorization (Required)

  1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Order 

    • Product SKU & photos of issue

    • Requested action (refund/replacement)

  2. We respond within 2 business days with:

    • Approved/denied status

    • RMA  (if approved)

    • Return shipping instructions

2.2 Packaging Requirements

  • ESD-sensitive items: Must use original anti-static bags

  • Fragile equipment: Double-box with 2" padding

  • Missing/improper packaging = refusal

3. Refund Details

  • Refund issued after item clears U.S. customs

4.2 High-Value Equipment ($1,000+)


  • Requires insured shipping with signature confirmation

  • Refund held for 7 business days for inspection

5. Warranty Claims

  • Void if:

    • Tampering evident

    • Used beyond specifications

    • No proof of purchase
